County Competition Rules

1. Result cards with the names of the players who won the club finals (or semi-finals in the case of  2 entries) must reach the Competition Secretary by the date specified. No extension of this date will be allowed. Players must play at least one game within the club before they can qualify for County play-offs. The Ladies who play in the Club Final constitute the team. Club rules apply within the club, thereafter County rules apply.
2. If a club has 10 or more entries in any competition then both Finalists will qualify for County play-offs. The top half of the Club draw will be ‘A’ and the bottom half ‘B’ If a club has one qualifier and they have indicated at Club entry they do not wish to proceed to County play-offs the runner-up may come through. If both finalists indicated they do not wish to proceed there will be no entry from that Club. Where there are two entries from the Club and one finalist had indicated at entry they did not wish to proceed the losing semi-finalists may play-off for the vacant place.
